We Send ALL items with Tracking Numbers , so they dont get Lost.

ALL Pet Homes Items are packed in a box and well a truly padded.

All items are checked prior to shipment.
While we have not experienced any problems with Australia Post or Couriers.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for damage during shipment.
We may send item by Aust Post and by Fastway Couriers,We will choose cheapest freight option

We accept no liability for losses or damages in transit , BUT if you insure item we will assist you with claiming the carrier for any losses.
Please check items carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery as your signature may invalidate insurance.
